Getting Started

+Why sovereign AI at all? Isn't cloud AI working fine?

Cloud AI is working — until it isn't. Colonial Pipeline was working until it wasn't. SVB was working until it wasn't. Sovereign AI isn't an improvement on cloud. It's insurance. Your strategic data leaves your company on every API call. Adam stops that. Runs on your server. Your data never leaves. No vendor can shut down your system.

+What's the difference between Adam and ChatGPT Enterprise?

ChatGPT Enterprise = your data on OpenAI's servers. Adam = your data on your server. ChatGPT = generic model. Adam = model trained on your corpus. ChatGPT = $300K-1.2M/year licensing. Adam = $150-300K once. ChatGPT = no air-gap. Adam = air-gapped. The difference isn't features. The difference is who owns the system.

+How long does deployment take?

Pilot: 8 weeks. Custom model up to 13B. One use case. Working system + ROI analysis. Deployment: 16 weeks. Model up to 70B. Your production environment. Full ownership. Strategic Partnership: multi-year. Payback: 4-8 weeks from pilot kickoff.

Trust & Safety

+Where exactly is my data?

On your server. Inside your firewalls. No data goes to any cloud. No API calls outside. Adam is air-gapped — it can run without internet. Cut the cable, the system still runs.

+Does Adam train on my data?

Adam trains on the corpus you choose. No training on your data without permission. No sharing with other clients. Every deployment is independent. Your model = yours alone. The ethics gate prevents misuse. Read the full philosophy →

+What if the vendor (Sovereign Neural Fortresses) disappears?

Adam is open source (AGPL v3). If Sovereign Neural Fortresses disappears tomorrow, you still have the code, the model, the infrastructure. No vendor lock. No single point of failure. No system that requires foreign experts. Every component is auditable, maintainable, and replaceable by local teams.

Product & Pricing

+Why $500K not $50K?

$500K buys a bounded pilot: 8 weeks, custom model up to 13B, one use case, working system + ROI analysis. A $50K system is a wrapper around an API. A $500K system is a model trained on your data, deployed on your infrastructure, fully owned by you. The ROI: $6.4M+ savings in year one vs cloud AI. A $50K system doesn't save $6.4M.

+What's the difference between Pilot and Deployment?

Pilot = bounded trial. 8 weeks. 13B model. One use case. Goal: prove the system works in your environment. Deployment = full rollout. 16 weeks. 70B model. Your production environment. Full ownership. Goal: turn the pilot into production. The Pilot converts to Deployment naturally if ROI is proven.

+Why $25M+ for Strategic Partnership?

$25M+ buys: multi-year partnership, state-level model, sector exclusivity (competitors can't get the system), full knowledge transfer to your team, founder personally working with you. The math: A single GDPR fine = 4% of global revenue. A $1B company = potential $40M fine. $25M sovereign AI = cheaper than one fine. And after that, the system is fully yours.

+What is the CLOUD Act and why does it matter to a CEO?

The CLOUD Act is a US law active since 2018. It allows US authorities to request your data from any American cloud provider — AWS, Azure, GCP — regardless of where the data is stored. Your data in Ireland? The FBI can request it. And the provider doesn't have to tell you. If your company is critical infrastructure in MENA using American cloud — your data is exposed. Adam runs on your server. No cloud provider. No CLOUD Act. Read more →

+Can I start with a Pilot and upgrade later?

Yes. That's the recommended pattern. Start with a Pilot (8 weeks, $500K-$1.5M). If ROI is proven, upgrade to Deployment ($5M-$20M). If Deployment succeeds, upgrade to Strategic Partnership ($25M+). Each phase proves the next. No commitment to full deployment from day one.

The Philosophy

+Why is sovereignty not a luxury?

Because a breach costs $4.44M. A compliance fine costs $1M. Vendor lock costs $500K. Downtime costs more. Sovereignty isn't a luxury — it's an engineering requirement. If your infrastructure is critical, sovereignty is a condition, not a choice.

+Why not cloud?

Cloud works when the system is stable. But when the system shifts — breach, regulation, vendor failure — cloud becomes a vulnerability. Sovereign AI works in all conditions. Stable or crisis. Online or offline. Vendor present or gone. That's the difference.

+Why Adam not LangGraph or CrewAI?

LangGraph and CrewAI are excellent frameworks — if you want to build an agent yourself. Adam is a finished product. 12 consciousness layers. 38 tools. 25 channels. 4 native apps. 134 tests. Frameworks give you parts. Adam gives you a system. If you have a team of 20 engineers and a year, use a framework. If you want a working system in 8 weeks, use Adam.
